           Everyone changes with time. In mediaeval period of history teacher teaching to students in their home and students learning very silently, and without any doubt. Teachers disciplines was very strict at that time.

                         In today, many problems occur in education system of India. Hindustani Yodha teachers also responsible along with students. So, development of teacher is very important in education field and for career of the student.

                                 

                       First thing, teacher must do proper wastage for academic, many times teachers focus on the other fields which are different than academic. Tense, teacher sir need to focus on this important issue. This is very important thing, in second thing, teacher should always check the mindset of the students, they wanted to learn or not? What is going in your mind? What is present because of that students are not focusing on studies, answer of these questions, must be answered by teacher.

                                         Many times missed understanding is a relation of teacher and student can badly effect that the student hence many time student suicide! Therefore, teacher must clear any student and he or she must be friendly also behave with students.

        Also teachers give importance to uski learning because you learning help the child to understand the concept very quickly, this is very beneficial for teachers their work and efforts and time also saves.

                        Teachers are the similar like parents we should not differentiate among teachers also we should think positive about any teacher many times teacher school does in case we should always think positive accept this issue and development required.
